COVID-19
Our protocols, policies and procedures
The Lifeboat Inn has always been synonymous with exemplary standards of service, housekeeping and health and safety. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have enhanced our standards across all aspects of our hotel operations.
Welcoming back guests to the Lifeboat Inn has never been far from my mind, and since we closed the doors back in March, I haven’t lost hope of this being a reality in the summer months.
The positive to the past few months has been the ability to concentrate on replenishing our beautiful pub here in Thornham and focusing on how and what re-opening will look like for the teams and our guests alike.
We realise that for many of you there are some concerns when it comes to staying at the Inn but rest assured our main objective is to ensure that you can ‘stay with confidence' when visiting the Lifeboat Inn.
With this in mind we invite you to read all about the preparations and procedures that the Lifeboat Inn have implemented.
If the information below, does not answer your questions or concerns, then please do contact myself directly on 07719948016 or lee@agellushotels.co.uk
My team and I look forward to welcoming you back to the North Norfolk coast soon.
